Betonad ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing agency operating in the iGaming industry. We operate the website betonad.com. For all data-related requests, contact us at hello@betonad.com — this is our designated data controller contact.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Full name
• Company name
• Email address
• Message content

We also collect anonymised analytics data (page views, session duration, referral source) if you consent to cookies.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) given when you submit the contact form and tick the consent checkbox. Analytics data is processed on the same basis if you accept cookies.

5. Where your data is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC, USA) via Google Apps Script. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data, if consented, is processed by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC).

6. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
